The bed was comfortable, linens were clean, shower was good, staff were approachable and friendly, and great location near shops and restaurants.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet offered at the hotel. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was in close proximity to many shops and attractions. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel lobby, which made me feel right at home.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made for an uncomfortable stay as the heating system made the room feel like a sauna. I also experienced difficulty communicating with the staff due to language barriers and struggled with the checkout process as there was nobody at the front desk during my early departure.

The hotel's location was convenient with easy access to restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. the breakfast buffet was good and offered a decent selection of food.
The heating in the rooms was a constant problem, making it uncomfortably warm and difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel had a great location, right in the center of the city. It was easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants from there. the breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good selection to choose from. the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed for my short city trip.
The staff could have been more friendly and helpful. Communication was difficult at times due to language barriers, and it was disappointing to come back to a room that had not been cleaned properly.
